On the menu this season
For this culinary camp edition, La Tablée des Chefs is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and we are offering tasty and exciting recipes divided into 5 themed days! For the occasion, 5 renowned chefs are joining us, each associated with a theme and sharing one of their best recipes for the event! In addition, the best recipes that our young cooks created through our culinary education programs over the last 20 years will be added to the menu. Along with the week's recipe booklet and an apron in the La Tablée des Chefs colours, at the end of the week, each youth will receive the brand new La Tablée des Chefs cookbook, which will be published in the spring. What a great way to continue their culinary adventures at home!
Age requirements to participate in the culinary camp
La Tablée des Chefs culinary camp is intended for youth between the ages of 10 to 15. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot accept children under the age of 10. Children registered must be at least 10 years old on the first day of the camp
Please be assured that all activities will be conducted with the utmost respect for the health and safety rules and that our protocol will comply with the requirements of the Institut national de santé publique du Québec. We will make sure that everyone feels safe and can have fun while cooking in this environment.
Language of instruction
The activities of our culinary camp and the documentation given to children are in French. To be able to participate in the camp, your child must be sufficiently comfortable with the French language to understand safety instructions and the flow of the activities.
Each camp lasts five days, from Monday to Friday. Activities start at 8:30am and end at 4pm. Each day, your child will cook snacks and make lunch...a great opportunity for parents to take a break from packing lunches!
We welcome children as of 8am. At the end of the day, children can leave at 4:00 pm or be enrolled in daycare. Daycare is offered from 8:00 to 8:30 and from 16:00 to 17:00, free of charge. Children who have permission to leave the camp on their own may do so from 4pm.
Absence or lateness
In case of absence or lateness, please call 450-748-1638 ext. 304. Mention your name, the name of the child, the day he/she will be absent and the location of the camp where he/she is registered (Longueuil, Montreal, Quebec or Laval).
