La Grande Tablée is La Tablée des Chefs’ flagship event, a moment for the business community to enjoy a delicious evening while supporting our programs!
Each year, three unique epicurean events gather together brigades of renowned chefs in the kitchen, from the Montréal, Québec City and Toronto regions, to create a one-of-a-kind menu benefitting our mission!
The 2023 edition recap
Looking to the future: this year, leading chefs shared their expertise with up-and-coming talents to deliver a truly delicious dining experience. The evening began with a cocktail reception and was followed by a 5-course dinner. The dishes were shaped by each chef's unique influences, and supported by students from local culinary schools.
La Grande Tablée 2023 raised $951,000, allowing us to continue our mission to Feed and Educate.
The 2022 edition recap
Last October and November, Les Grandes Tablées of Toronto, Quebec City and Montreal were held respectively at the Fairmont Royal York, the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Bonaventure Hotel. These three events celebrated our 20th anniversary and brought together more than 1,200 people from the business community who supported our mission. In total, these gourmet and delicious evenings raised $775,000 for our mission!

An evening with Ricardo and his chefs: an original concept for the 2021 edition of our Grandes Tablées! For the occasion, Ricardo, our spokesperson for the last 15 years, challenged the team to reimagine one of his dishes. No holds barred! The result was a 6-course meal showcasing the creativity and talent of women in the culinary world.
