The 2024 edition recap

This year, the guests were not only spectators, but also real agents of change. 3, 2, 1... Action! This strong message, the main theme of this year's event, resonated throughout, reminding us that everyone has an essential role to play in this story that is being written together, a story that is changing lives. 

For the occasion, brigades of renowned chefs concocted 5-course gourmet meals. Each dish was imbued with the world and influences of these chefs. True to our mission, the dishes were prepared by young people from local culinary schools. It was an excellent opportunity to showcase the teamwork and commitment of today's and tomorrow's chefs to the mission of La Tablée des Chefs.

La Grande Tablée 2024 raised one million dollars, enabling us to pursue our mission of feeding and educating.

The 2023 edition recap

Looking to the future: this year, leading chefs shared their expertise with up-and-coming talents to deliver a truly delicious dining experience.  The evening began with a cocktail reception and was followed by a 5-course dinner. The dishes were shaped by each chef's unique influences, and supported by students from local culinary schools.

La Grande Tablée 2023 raised $951,000, allowing us to continue our mission to Feed and Educate. 
 

The 2022 edition recap

Last October and November, Les Grandes Tablées of Toronto, Quebec City and Montreal were held respectively at the Fairmont Royal York, the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and the Bonaventure Hotel.  

These three events celebrated our 20th anniversary and brought together more than 1,200 people from the business community who supported our mission. In total, these gourmet and delicious evenings raised $775,000 for our mission!
