Since 2002, La Tablée des Chefs has fed people facing food insecurity by distributing more than 21 million cooked meals and has introduced more than 79,000 young people to cooking and healthy eating habits through its various programs.
The Calgary Marriott Downtown invites you to reserve your tickets for La Petite Tablée de Calgary, themed A Night of Unexpected Elegance, which will take place on February 12 and aims to raise funds to support La Tablée des Chefs in its mission to combat food insecurity.
The Chefs will be challenged to utilize every single part of the produce, thoughtfully crafting a zero-waste dish that highlights sustainability without compromising flavor or creativity.
The event also aims to raise awareness in the community about the importance of this cause and to mobilize new partners around the organization's social mission.
