Another distinction at the Grands Prix DUX
La Tablée des Chefs has once again distinguished itself at the DUX 2025 Gala!
LONGUEUIL, February 19, 2025 – At the prestigious gala held on February 19 at Marché Bonsecours, we won the prize for the best initiative in food waste reduction thanks to our Summer Food Recovery Squad. The whole team was very touched to receive this award at the gala, which honours those in the food industry who contribute to eating better.
Last summer (from May to October) our Summer Squad travelled to the biggest festivals and sporting events to recover all the surplus food they generated. In total, we collected over 44 tonnes of food. That's a huge amount, representing nearly 147,000 portions that were distributed to community organisations that help people in need.
