Surplus food gets us moving!

Once again this year, La Tablée des Chefs team led a massive food recovery operation at the Grand Prix of Canada.

Over the course of the 3-day event (June 7, 8 and 9), our squad put the pedal to the metal to recover as much surplus food as possible at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Whether it was in each team's kitchen or in the VIP boxes, our team was greeted with a great deal of generosity and solidarity.

As a result, our organization was able to salvage a total of 11 tonnes of food. All this surplus food was donated to community organizations in the Greater Montreal area that provide support to people in need.
