Looking towards the future
This year, renowned chefs will share their expertise with the next generation of chefs to deliver a flavourful gastronomic experience. The evening will begin with a cocktail and will be followed by a 5 course dinner. The dishes will be inspired by the many influences of each of these chefs and will be created by youth from local culinary schools.
