To reduce food insecurity, La Tablée des Chefs relies on its Food Recovery program, Solidarity Kitchens and Solidarity Soup food preparation projects, as well as the Solidarity Kitchens - Next Generation program, an  activity that mobilizes the next generation of culinary students.

A program where we act as a liaison between surplus food donors and local community organizations.

A program in which soups are prepared by cooks from recovered vegetables and then distributed at no cost to elementary school children.

A program in which meals are prepared by culinary school students and professors and then distributed to local organizations.

Launched during the pandemic, this program mobilizes cooks to prepare meals for local organizations through occasional, regionally-based meal productions.
