In order to fight against food insecurity, La Tablée des Chefs is counting on its food recovery program, the Solidarity Kitchens food preparation project as well as its activity to mobilize the next generation of culinary artists: The Solidarity Kitchens - Relief Edition, formerly known as The Culinary School Week.

Through its food recovery program, La Tablée des Chefs acts as a liaison between surplus food donors and local community organizations that will ensure the recovery of the food donated and its distribution to people in need.

Let me tell you the story of a tightly knit community that decided to embark on the crazy adventure of helping out to prepare more than 2,000,000 meals to give to the Food Banks of Quebec.

La Tablée des Chefs annually mobilizes teachers and students from hospitality schools across the province to produce meals that will be redistributed to local community organizations, via the network of Quebec Food Banks.
