In order to develop food autonomy in youth, La Tablée des Chefs offers the Kitchen Brigades program, an after-school activity in high schools, along with the Cook Up Your Future program, which is offered to youth under the DYP and those at risk of school dropout.

The Culinary Brigades is a program offered as an extracurricular activity in high schools, which reaches young people aged 12 to 17 through workshops on eating and healthy lifestyle habits.

Cuisine Ton Avenir is aimed at young people from the DPJ and, more recently, also at those at risk of dropping out of school. It aims, through three different components, to develop their food autonomy before their departure towards an independent life.
