Trainer / facilitator for culinary workshops
The Kitchen Brigades is a culinary workshop program offered in more than 200 high schools across Canada. The trainer / animator teaches students basic cooking techniques and the principles of healthy eating, using educational material provided. We’re looking for people with a passion for cooking and excellent communication skills who want to pass on the joy of cooking to youth!
Events project manager
The incumbent will plan and execute the coordination of activities and projects under his/her responsibility, mainly La Tablée des Chefs' events and public fundraisers. The person will ensure the smooth running of all stages of the projects entrusted to him/her and will participate in the development process. He/she will also carry out administrative tasks (offers, reports, etc.). He/she will carry out the complete coordination of events, including creating schedules, team management(colleagues and volunteers), document creation as necessary for the execution of events, online forms, and managing lists and databases of participants. He/she will also be present at the events! The person will have to demonstrate a very high level of attention to detail and remarkable rigour.
Program Coordinator - Educate division
If managing and working a program from A to Z is your strength, if you love to plan, organize, follow up on what you implemented and want to make sure others are benefiting from a wonderful initiative, and most of all are driven by a cause that helps young people in Youth Centers achieve food autonomy, we may have what you’re looking for. Under the supervision of the Director of Educate, the coordinator is responsible for promoting, deploying, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the Cook Up Your Future program and the Kitchen Brigades (hereinafter the program).
