LONGUEUIL, February 25, 2025 – We have inaugurated the very first edition of a platform dedicated to the Solidarity Kitchens - Next Generation Edition.

This platform, which is accessible to everyone, was created to bring together all our participants, teachers and students alike, around this great shared project : joining forces to make as many portions of food as possible and combat food insecurity in Canada!

Each registered school will be able to find its own profile showing its portion target and its rate of progress in this culinary mission of solidarity! All the profiles will be visible so that each school can have an overview of the mobilization and encourage healthy competition.

So as not to lose sight of the collective effort, the total number of portions will be continuously updated and displayed on the platform.

The platform will also be a great tool for highlighting the participation of the community organizations that will be responsible for redistributing these portions of food. We're delighted to be able to give them visibility and to salute the fine work they do in the fight against food insecurity.

Finally, the platform is also a place for sharing. That's why you'll find a News section, with photos of participants in action during their production, as well as all the secrets behind the vegetarian chili recipe!

This new feature for 2025 will allow us to share the behind-the-scenes details of this great mobilization and once again encourage and thank the next generation of chefs for their incredible commitment.
