Pride and talent: a look back at the National Culinary Brigades Final

Les Brigades Culinaires: a culinary adventure that transforms lives.

It is with immense pride that we congratulate the winning team of the National Final of the Brigades Culinaires, which took place this weekend at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). The team from Gordon Bell High School in Manitoba took first place, demonstrating exceptional mastery of culinary techniques and remarkable creativity in the presentation of their dishes.

  • Saint-Anselme School (Chaudière-Appalaches)

 

A program that transforms lives

The Brigades Culinaires represent much more than just a culinary competition. This program aims to equip youth with better eating habits, develop their food autonomy, and foster teamwork, leadership, and creativity.

Throughout the year, participants receive nearly 40 hours of hands-on training in cooking and healthy eating. In total, the program includes 24 workshops.
