The International Finale of the Culinary Brigades, held on June 21, 2025, once again showcased the remarkable potential of our new generation of chefs. This event brought together two talented teams from different continents for a high-level competition.

Two Teams, One Shared Passion

The French team, representing the Paris region, faced off against the Canadian team from Winnipeg, Manitoba, in a demanding culinary challenge that tested their technical skills, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure. These young professionals demonstrated a level of excellence that bodes well for the future of international gastronomy.
After a tight competition and outstanding performances on both sides, it was ultimately the team from Paris that took home the trophy, crowning months of preparation and refinement.
